Join us in Piedmonte, Italy for a full 7 nights of Pilates, culinary experiences, and discovery of the northern Italian countryside! We will be staying at the picturesque Agriturismo Cascina Papaveri (The Poppy Farmhouse). The Agriturismo has been remodeled around an old Piemontese farmhouse set within it's own organic vineyard and kitchen gardens in the most stunning 'eagles nest' location overlooking hilltop villages and vineyard covered hills and valleys in Southern Piemonte, North West Italy, the food and wine capital of Italy. This all-inclusive price covers just about everything except airfare. Upon your arrival, you will be treated to three exquisite meals each day, Pilates mat and equipment sessions, italian cooking classes, endless flow of wine, excursions to the local markets and towns, and all the R & R you could hope for. Jen and Matt will be delivering their excellent workouts in the large Pilates studio located alongside the 12m (40') heated indoor swimming pool with doors opening onto a terrace and vineyards. Therefore if nothing else, the Pilates sessions will help you balance the outstanding meals in their full service gourmet kitchen! In addtion to Pilates and Cooking, you can wander through local markets, walk to village of Costigliole D'Asti for a visit to the castle and wine bar, bicycle among the beautiful scenary or just relax.
Jen and Matt will guide you through:
1 group Pilates class per day
1 private Pilates session (additional Pilates sessions can be scheduled at a rate of $50/private, $70/duet-subject to availability)
1 Pilates mini-workshop (example: Pilates Revolution: Discovering Rotation for Corrective Conditioning)
Rates: As there are only 5 rooms at the agriturismo, they do not offer private accommodations.
Double room: $2250/ person
Triple room: $1850/ person
Payment Plan:
~ Non-Refundable Deposit $400 for triples and $500 for doubles to hold reservation
~ Oct 15, 2009 - Second Payment (half of remaining balance)
~ March 15, 2010 Final Payment
Cancellation before Oct 15, full refund minus deposit.
Cancellation before March 15th, refund 50% of total cost.
No refunds after March 15th
We highly recommend purchasing vacation/travel insurance. It is quite affordable and provides peace of mind in cases of unexpected cancellation or need for medical attention.
